Alter chica is a separate soul who's currently trapped in Toy Chica's body. She was created as a result of Toy Chica's anger, which also gives her more and more strength. She wants to take over Toy Chica's body while causing the real Toy Chica to cease to exist. She is only visible to Toy Chica.
History and appearances[]
Alter Chica was seen for the first time when Toy Chica had hallucinations about her dead friends in the secret room in Freddy Fazbear's pizza II when she went to repair her suit. She saw Alter Chica standing in front of her, holding a knife and bleeding from her eye. Toy Chica saw her again shortly after, when she attacked the night guard. Alter Chica tried to encourage her to kill him, but she ended up resisting her.
After the incident with the Nightguard, Toy Chica time traveled back to 2120 together with Scraptrap. They decided to rest, but before Toy Chica went to sleep, she saw Alter Chica staring at her from the dark, she angrily ignored her again. At the next day, Scraptrap asked Toy Chica about the Nightguard, but she denied any issues, while Alter Chica appeared right next to her, revealing that only she can see her. They left the place to continue the mission.
Toy Chica and Scraptrap teleported to the third Pizzeria to find Golden Freddy's body. After Scraptrap pulled a prank on Toy Chica by scaring her with an old Foxy mask, she was so angry that Alter Chica appeared again, for the first time she spoke to her, and told her to kill Scraptrap while he wasn't paying attention as he was trying to repair the device. Toy Chica's eyes were suddenly glowing, and she picked up a rock from the ground. As Alter Chica kept encouraging her, Toy Chica slowly began to approached Scraptrap with the rock, as she lifter her arm, about to strike him down, Toy Chica was able to resist Alter Chica, she escaped Alter Chica's control, and as she struggled, she threw the rock at her, and she disappeared.
Introducing herself to her host[]
Toy Chica and Scraptrap got back from the previous Pizzeria, and as soon as they arrived, Toy Chica decided that she wants to go up the roof and relax before starting the process of getting the soul sword. When she was up there alone, Alter Chica appeared again. This time they two had a whole conversation. Alter Chica introduced herself to her and claimed she was created because of her negative emotions. Her intention was to take over Toy Chica's body, which will eventually stop her existence. And the more negative emotions Toy Chica has, the stronger she gets. Toy Chica refused to believe there was no way to avoid it, and Alter Chica offered another way. She won't take over Toy Chica's body if she dies. She'll still stop existing, but instead of taking her body, Alter Chica will be free. Toy Chica said that she will find a way to stop her, and Alter Chica gave her a huge wave of mental pain, then disappeared.

Toy Chica comes to Freddy Fazbear's Pizza I to take Toy Bonnie's soul and find him, She goes to look parts & service to search him and can't find him on there and then she plans to look at cameras on office. On hallway the office's doors was closed then she notices a door it was puppet's workshop she said she never looked at it and she remembers there was a lever that opens the door and enters to workshop. When she enters she looks at ASSS (Animatronic Soul Support System) She notices there's Foxy sitting on there dead she checks him and she seeing a tape that recorded with Puppet's voice recorded. He was telling about souls, After she listened it she plans to find puppet somehow After on and upload his consciousness for saving herself from Alter Chica, When she exits from the room Alter Chica heard her talking about it and looks to ASSS device and probably disappears from there.
More appearances during time travel.[]
Alter Chica was seen again multiple times after Toy Chica completed The Soul Sword. During the infamous time travel scene that was first shown in Season 3 where Toy Chica appears in front of Freddy from the past, it was revealed that Toy Chica was not looking only at Freddy, but also at Alter Chica who appeared right behind him. She messed with Toy Chica again twice after that when she returned Bonnie and Phantom Freddy to their timelines, however she was not able to get Toy Chica to do anything.
The duel with Mangle[]
Later Toy Chica dueled Mangle in the Stronghold and got overpowered. Mangle started insulting her dead friends and Toy Chica got angry. As a result Alter Chica took over. Once she was in control Toy Chica's eyes began to glow and she approached Mangle, effortlessly blocking every attack and eventually almost killing her before Mangle activated a defense protocol that saved her. Eventually Chica came and woke Toy Chica up from the trance. As a result Alter Chica was not in control anymore.
